Technician IVD Product Finishing

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description JOB OBJECTIVE: Technician with a fullunderstanding of the department including dispensing, kitting andlabeling. Uses technical concepts and depth of knowledge to resolveissues effectively. CORE DUTIES: 1. Setup, operate and maintain manualand automated dispensing/kitting equipment. 2. Pulls products frominventory and assemble components into kits and kit sub-assemblies usingquality system documents, including kit packaging diagrams (KPDs). 3.Accurately completes all required written documentation for batchrecords, using good documentation practices. 4. Reports quality issuesand non-conformances to area supervisor in a timely manner. 5. Followscontamination prevention procedures including cleaning production areasand equipment. 6. Works in a team environment, both within thedepartment and when collaborating with other departments. 7.Demonstrates inclusion through their own words and actions and isaccountable for a safe workspace. Acts with kindness, curiosity, andrespect for others. 8. Embracing and being open to incorporatingPromega's 6 Emotional & Social Intelligence (ESI) core principles indaily work. 9. High School diploma or proven work experience thatensures you are ready to be successful in this role. 2. Stronginterpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintainconstructive working relationships. 3. Ability to work quickly andaccurately. 4. Strong attention to detail. 5. Strong organizationalskills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at onetime. 6. Strong problem solving and decision-making skills. petency in general math. 8. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Priorexperience in a production environment. 2. Experience working in an ISO9000 or cGMP environment. 3. Computer experience in ERP System such asSAP. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 1. Ability to remain stationary for several hoursat a time. 2. Ability to move around throughout the day. 3. Ability toperform repetitive motions throughout shift. 4.
