Your focus will be on attracting toptalent, nurturing growth, and empowering your team to excel in both newlogo acquisition and account expansion-consistently exceeding ambitiousquarterly and annual goals. Recruit, develop and lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Reps across aspecific geography Building a sales team and the future sales leadersof Cribl Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals Manageand maintain sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing You will be part of a proven leadership team and play a key role indeveloping the GTM. Reporting to the VP of Sales We are aremote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you maybe required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard workinghours If You've Got It - We Want It Minimum 5 years of leadingEnterprise sales teams A successful track record of overachievementannually Experience leading sales team who sell through securitychannel partners Experience navigating complex sales cycles Experience with SAAS sales - cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations andsecurity Background of successfully selling large deals to largeenterprises (Fortune 1000) Background using MEDDIC Experiencedeveloping pipeline and opening new accounts BONUS POINTS: Background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning Base Salary Range:180k-210k The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location.The salary offered within the range described will be based on theindividual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generousbenefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-termdisability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, afertility treatment benefit, 401(k), and equity.
