The Work Itself Set the vision and strategy for enterprise idea generation and associate feedback, translating insight into action in close partnership with stakeholders Turn feedback into results by identifying experience improvement opportunities, prioritizing them with cross-functional partners, and driving execution that improves both associate and customer outcomes. Build deep, trusted partnerships across lines of business to gather input, increase adoption, and deliver measurable, high-impact change. Design and continuously improve processes, tools, and deliverables that enable clear communication, effective enablement, and meaningful recognition at all levels of the organization. Scale and evolve listening channels to expand participation, engage new functional areas, and foster a culture of innovation and ownership. Lead executive level storytelling through concise communications and presentations that articulate the vision, track progress to outcomes, show business alignment, and highlight impact. Create clear, safe pathways for associates to surface challenges and insights, strengthening Allyu2019s ability to proactively improve employee and customer experiences. The Skills You Bring Minimum Qualifications: 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience High School Diploma or GED equivalentPreferred Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services industry is preferred. 5+ years leadership experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred, MBA is ideal. Proven ability to lead and prioritize multiple, concurrent initiatives, delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Strong strategic thinking and analytical thinking skills, with demonstrated experience taking ambiguous problems from insight through execution. Exceptional organizational skills and program management skills, with the ability to oversee complex, multi-phase initiatives across teams and timelines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, compelling narratives for all levels of the organization. Deep understanding of human-centered and empathy-driven approaches, with a proven ability to convert insights into prioritized, actionable solutions. Proven ability to drive accountability across business partners and influence outcomes without direct ownership. Experience synthesizing and structuring large volumes of feedback into clear themes, priorities, and recommendations.
