The Employee RelationsBusiness Partner - Remote will provide standardized, timely support formanagers and employees to optimize employee performance and ensure equalemployment opportunities are provided in all aspects of theemployer-employee relationship. This role will lead efforts to addressemployee performance deficiencies, conduct investigations and promotebest practices for compliance with applicable employment law and policy.Your Impact We expect that you will quickly demonstrate your value by:Conducting investigations and recommending remediation actions forallegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation Assistingmanagement with performance improvement actions including progressivediscipline and performance improvement plans Assisting / guidingmanagement on policy interpretation, laws, and regulatory compliance.Provide reporting on key metrics including attrition and ER activity.Will also conduct...
