Under the general direction of aBusiness Solutions Manager or Team Lead, the Systems Analyst Seniortranslates complex business requirements into scalable technicalsolutions. This role leads enterprise-level project efforts, serves asthe application technical architect, and partners across business andtechnology teams to ensure applications operate effectively within theorganization's infrastructure. You will evaluate vendor solutions,document risks and impacts, present technical recommendations togovernance committees, and mentor other analysts-driving both innovationand operational excellence.Key Accountabilities Lead the implementationof complex application solutions, automated processes, and newtechnologies to improve system performance and reliability. Supportapplication and web server environments by resolving Tier II incidentswithin SLAs and providing on-call support as scheduled. Drive incidentand problem management efforts to minimize downtime and ensure businesscontinuity. Partner with business units, vendors, and technical teams toevaluate solutions, document risks, and support enterprise testing andchange efforts. Manage vendor selection processes, technicalassessments, cost-benefit analyses, and third-party resources to ensuresuccessful solution delivery. Analyze application data structures andperform database queries to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Mentor teammembers by sharing knowledge, reviewing testing plans, and strengtheningapplication expertise across teams.
