JOB REQUIREMENTS: Johnson Controls Data Center Solutions is seeking anaccomplished Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships to shape, scale, andelevate our partnership ecosystem in one of the fastestgrowingtechnology markets. In this highly visible role, you will architectpartnership strategies that unlock new revenue streams, expand ourmarket footprint, and position Johnson Controls as the partner of choicefor data center cooling and critical infrastructure solutions. This isan opportunity for a seasoned leader who thrives at the intersection ofstrategy, innovation, and relationship building. You bring deep domainexpertise in data center or adjacent technical environments, provensuccess cultivating executive relationships, and a track record ofdriving significant growth through partners. What You'll Do:Partnership Strategy & Program Development Develop and execute aforward-looking partnership strategy that aligns with corporate growthpriorities and our data center product roadmap. Identify, evaluate, andprioritize opportunities across the full ecosystem-colocation providers,hyperscalers, OEMs, software vendors, integrators, and channel partners.Build scalable, modern partner program frameworks including tiering,incentives, co-investment models, and joint GTM motions. Craftdifferentiated value propositions that clearly articulate why partnerswin with Johnson Controls. Executive Relationship Management & BusinessDevelopment Establish and maintain trusted relationships with C-suiteand senior leaders across the partner landscape. Lead complexnegotiations for strategic alliances, joint ventures, and long-termgrowth agreements. Serve as executive sponsor for high-impact partners,ensuring shared accountability and measurable outcomes. RepresentJohnson Controls at industry events and executive forums to strengthenbrand visibility and expand our influence. Program Operations &Performance Management Create the governance, operating rhythms, andcross-functional alignment needed to support a world-class partnershipecosystem. Define and track KPIs across revenue impact, pipelinecreation, velocity, and partner satisfaction. Build, lead, and mentor ahigh-performing partnerships organization.
