JOB REQUIREMENTS: This is a fiveday, onsite role supporting threeMilwaukee plant sites, with some flexibility when needed. KEYRESPONSIBILITIES The Multi-Site HR Generalist II is an on-site positionwill be primarily responsible for supporting our Canal, Renew andGlendale facilities, by contributing to and executing local andCorporate HR practices and initiatives that will achieve overallbusiness goals in a broad array of HR functions leading hourly:staffing, employee relations, performance management, compensation,compliance, and safety. Supporting HRIS, leaves of absence, payroll,benefits, and other general administration. The position is broad inscope and the successful incumbent will be energized in a hands-on rolethat is highly productive and able to handle a variety of tasks. Acustomer-centric mindset with the objective of providing excellentcustomer experience is vital. Integrity, neutrality, and trust, alongwith HR knowledge and expertise are essential for credibility. ESSENTIALRESPONSIBILITIES Build positive, meaningful relationships withmanagement and associates within assigned client groups to act as avital resource and trusted advisor. Coach and counsel management andemployees in the interpretation and application of HR and organizationalpolicies and procedures, assuring fairness and consistency. Maintainassociate data in various HR systems (with a high level of accuracy andintegrity) to include personnel transactions such as hires, promotions,terminations, and associate data for government and internal reporting.Administer and manage all aspects of employee leaves of absencesrelative to FMLA, ADA, worker's compensation, etc. Responsible forgeneral HR administrative and transactional tasks as required to includeemployee personnel files and records; employee and visitor badgeprogram; and hospitality for training events and meetings. Manage andlead all processes associated with the onboarding process for all openhourly recruitment and lead and/or support professional hiring whenneeded. Manage the off-boarding process to include conducting exitinterviews for hourly (and some salaried) employees, preparingseparation documents, and executing required termination actions. Leadannual Open Enrollment and ongoing wellness initiatives, includingrelated communication sessions and advising employees regardingeligibility and coverage for health and benefit programs. Participate inongoing Talent Management processes for hourly employees such asPerformance Review, and timely completion of performance reviewdocuments and calibration meetings. Partner with management onrecommended wage increases that are in line with internal equity as wellas local market data. Support policies, programs, and culture-buildinginitiatives to drive deeper employee engagement.... For full infofollow application link.
