You'll deliver wraparound,strength-based services that empower clients in their homes andcommunities, using a recovery-oriented and person-centered approach. KeyResponsibilities Conduct comprehensive strengths and needs assessmentsduring intake and throughout services Develop and implementindividualized Recovery Plans of Care Coordinate and lead team meetingswith service providers and support networks Provide crisis interventionand safety planning as needed Attend court hearings, psychiatryappointments, and provide advocacy support Safely transport clients toappointments when necessary Build strong formal and informal supportteams Position Details Typical Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM(some flexibility) Travel: Local travel required; mileage reimbursementprovided Work Setting: Hybrid/remote scheduling available Pay: $23.00/hour - Bachelor's Degree $26.00/hour - Master's DegreeWhat You'll Need Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology,Criminal Justice, or related field (required) Valid driver's license,reliable daily transportation, and insurance 1+ year experience workingwith individuals with mental health or substance use needs (preferred)Why Work with PSG/CIP?
