HVAC Controls Service Technician IILocation: Boise, ID, United StatesCategory: Technician - Building AutomationDescriptionPosition PurposeAs a LONG Controls Service Technician II, you will support customers bytroubleshooting and programming temperature control systems hardware andsoftware based on customer complaints and concerns, or as identified byFault Detection & Diagnostics (FDD) software. Using your education,experience, and expertise in the commercial HVAC industry, you willperform emergency and preventative maintenance services on installedsystems. You will also leverage your experience and skills to supportour Impact-Driven Service offering that includes Fault Detection &Diagnostics (FDD) software and task management and resolution.Additionally, you will provide guidance and consultation to the customerclient base regarding your job tasks and recommended solutions.
