Salary Range: 80k-100k Objective: Driving revenue growth from both new and existing customers. This role will lead sales activities, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities while overseeing a small sales function supported by sales administration and technical presales resources Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy:u2022 Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue from new and existing customers.u2022 Actively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities.u2022 Personally manage a portfolio of key accounts, driving repeat business, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.u2022 Maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding revenue targets.u2022 Lead sales meetings, customer presentations, and negotiations from first contact through contract closeCustomer & Account Managementu2022 Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.u2022 Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions in collaboration with Technical Presales.u2022 Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to close profitable deals.u2022 Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address issues to support retention and growth.Sales Leadership & Collaboration (Player-Coach)u2022 Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and coaching to one Part Sales Executive.u2022 Lead by example through active selling and strong sales discipline.u2022 Assist in setting priorities, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals alongside the Part Sales Executive.u2022 Coordinate closely with Sales Administration to ensure accurate quotations, order processing, and reporting.u2022 Work with Technical Presales to deliver compelling solution presentations, demos, and proposals.u2022 Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to align sales activities with company objectives.Reporting & Performance Managementu2022 Track and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts to management.u2022 Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.u2022 Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to refine sales approaches.Qualifications & Experienceu2022 Proven experience in B2B sales, sales management, or business development.u2022 Demonstrated success in generating revenue from both new and existing customers.u2022 Experience managing or mentoring sales staff.u2022 Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.u2022 Ability to work effectively with technical teams and translate technical solutions into customer value.u2022 Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting.
