By doing so, this role supports the organization's ability to deliver accurate, timely, and secure data to internal and external stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and partners, ultimately strengthening decision-making and operational effectiveness.u00a0Essential Functions:u00a0- Leads the design, engineering, and ongoing evolution of the Data Warehouse; ensures consistent, accurate, and timely data flow across systems, analytics platforms, and reporting layers.u00a0- Collaborates with other appropriate teams to ensure data structures effectively support both operational and research objectives.u00a0- Provides architectural guidance and recommends future-state data warehouse and reporting platforms to support long-term needs and reliability based on best practice.u00a0- Defines and maintains standards for reporting and key organizational metrics that meet the needs of both internal and external partners. Ensures the dataflow and reporting logic is maintained and accessible.u00a0- Ensures business rules and metrics are u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0consistent across all departments to ensure trusted, authoritative data u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0outputs. Provides mentorship, coaching, u00a0and technical guidance to staff.u00a0- Identifies needs for improvement and collaborates with others to design and implement those solutions.u00a0- Ensures data systems work well together, are reliable, and the results are accurate. Validates Data Warehouse jobs, data flows, and reporting outputs are complete and correct.- Contributes to stabilization and re-enablement efforts following data or reporting incidents.u00a0 RequirementsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.u00a0- 8+ years of experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, data engineering, or related discipline.u00a0- Demonstrated experience with dimensional modeling, enterprise DW design, and reporting systems.u00a0- Strong expertise in SQL, data transformations, and performance optimization.u00a0- Familiarity with Extract, Transform, Load and Extract, Load, Transform concepts, cloud data platforms, and modern reporting tools.u00a0- Experience supporting cross-functional teams, including analytics, research, and external stakeholders.u00a0- Experience advising leadership on data platform evaluation and technical strategy.u00a0Competencies:u00a0Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-engagement skills.u00a0Ability to make informed technical decisions and recommend strategic options.u00a0Skilled at communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.u00a0Strong analytical, problem-solving, and design capabilities.u00a0High ethical standards and integrity.u00a0Ability to mentor others and elevate team capability.u00a0Commitme
