Our client, a global technology manufacturing company , is seeking a Flight Management System (FMS) Software Engineer to join their team. As an FMS Software Engineer , you will be part of the Aerospace Engineering Department , supporting the Flight Management System, Software Architecture, and Core Development teams . The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills , excellent collaboration abilities , and a passion for innovation , which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Flight Management System (FMS) Software Engineer Location: Phoenix, AZ Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Pay Rate: $53.57 H/r Whatu2019s the Job? + Design and develop highu2011quality Core Software architecture and applications for nextu2011generation avionics. + Integrate Flight Management software for new product development (Honeywell Anthem program). + Collaborate with crossu2011functional engineering teams to define requirements and technical specifications. + Conduct code reviews, implement highu2011performance solutions, and support compliance with certification requirements. + Perform testing and integration on lab test benches while supporting functional load deliveries. Whatu2019s Needed? + Minimum 8 years of experience in software development for Flight Management Systems . + Strong C++ or objectu2011oriented programming skills. + Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies. + Strong software architecture and design development background. + Bacheloru2019s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
