Essential Functions- As Statewide Intact Services Utilization Administrator, formulates, designs, and directs the implementation ofstatewide policies and procedures regarding the provision of child welfare services to high risk/intact families- Directs, plans, and manages high risk/intact family services, providing expertise and oversight of services andsystems for the determination and assignment of high risk/intact family service cases- Serves as liaison with the Division of Budget and Finance regarding contracts and program plans for child welfare services provided to intact families- Represents the Deputy Director and the Department before other state and federal agencies, privateorganizations, elected officials, and lay groups regarding child welfare and protection issues impacting high risk/intact families- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumeratedabove.
