They serve in a confidential capacity and work with substantial independence from supervision in the Court of Appeals.ASSIGNMENT: Duties of this position include but are not limited to: researching and analyzing complex legal issues presented in motions to the Court of Appeals; reviewing and analyzing appellate records and briefs; writing and editing confidential legal memoranda; preparing and editing confidential legal reports; and drafting confidential opinions. Minimum Qualifications One year of experience in the Senior Court Attorney to Court of Appeals title; or Equivalent legal experience.
