Ensure all patientsreceive the highest quality Optometric care. Deliver the store's keyperformance indicators by ensuring flawless execution of the patientexperience/behaviors during and after the exam process and seamlesslylink the doctor and retail functions together. MAJOR DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES Display a professional image, greet patients promptlywith a smile Promptly answer the telephone in a friendly and courteousmanner Perform a variety of tasks to assist the optometrist in eyeexaminations. Tasks include privately obtaining medical history andpreparation of patient for examination. Think out loud, asking openended questions around the what, why and relevance to patient. Performtests to aid the optometrist in accurate diagnosis and treatment for thepatient in appropriate time frame Attentive to details; reviewprescriptions and/or patient information carefully; identify specialneeds; consult with Optician, Managing...
