JOB REQUIREMENTS: Two Full Time Direct Support Professional positions ina family home, providing care for the family. Positions require vehicle,insurance and valid driver's license to assist with errands andappointments. SHIFTS: First and Second Shift 40 hours a weekCOMPENSATION: $16.32-$19.00 an hour based on experience Mileagereimbursement for errands and appointment transportation QUALIFICATIONS:Needing a Care team with Autism experience Experience working withPhysical Limitations and Mental Health Preference for older experiencedcaregivers who are reliable and dependable No cell phone usage exceptfor emergencies while working Both shifts require caregivers to stayawake on shift Experience in being patient and respectful of boundarieswhile working with disabled clients RESPONSIBILITIES: Assisting inhelping Autistic male do all daily personal care tasks (showering,toileting, etc) Helping to ensure Autistic male is clean after toiletingAssisting in teaching daily life skills to adult male Autistic clientAssist with self-regulation techniques for Autistic male client Verbalmotivation for adult male in home with daily life skills Helpingdisabled mother and family with laundry, putting laundry away, Otherduties include: meal prep/cooking, housekeeping, dishes, groceryshopping and errands Must be authorized to work in the U.S and pass acriminal background check Position requires driver's license, autoinsurance and reliable vehicle for errands Working with individuals onthe Spectrum and Adult Mental health required If hired, ConsumerDirect Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record.
