Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary casemanager for the W2 program, assisting individuals in assessing theirneeds and reaching self-sufficiency goals. Monitor program compliancethrough various reports. Motivate participants to complete componentsrequired for W2. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our systemsfor program tracking and reporting. Facilitate job readiness workshops.Qualifications: Associate degree and two or more years of relevant workexperience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Mustbe able to lead, facilitate, and conduct a group case management model.Ability to create and effectively use material that leads to theadvancement of W2 participants. Must have the ability to adjust tofrequent change in policy, reporting and program delivery. Ability tomotivate and inspire participants to make positive changes.
