JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description The schedule for this position isMonday - Friday, 5am-1:30pm, 7am-3:30pm or 9am-5:30pm JOB OBJECTIVE:Pull products from inventory and assemble components into kits and kitsub-assemblies using quality system documents, including kit packagingdiagrams, in accordance with career grid. CORE DUTIES: 1. Labelcomponents and kits accurately. 2. Accurate documentation of processesand various run sheets. 3. Staging and locating product. 4. Operate andset-up equipment according to process. 5. Maintaining and closingprocess orders in the ERP system. 6. Assist in inventory. 7. Crosstraining in various product finishing areas. 8. Assist others on kitpackaging tasks. 9. Demonstrates inclusion through their own words andactions and is accountable for a safe workspace. Acts with kindness,curiosity and respect for others. 10. Embracing and being open toincorporating Promega's 6 Emotional & Social Intelligence (ESI) coreprinciples in daily work. 11. Understands and complies with ethical,legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our business. KEYQUALIFICATIONS: 1. High School diploma or proven work experience thatensures you are ready to be successful in this role. 2. Ability to workquickly and accurately 3. Competency in general math. 4. Generalcomputer knowledge. 5. Good organizational and prioritization skills. 6.Ability to work in a team environment. 7. Demonstrated proficiency indigital tools and technology, including Microsoft applications andmobile platforms, with the ability to adapt and leverage emergingtechnologies, such as artificial intelligence, to improve efficiency,automation, and collaboration. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Priorexperience working in a scientific environment with exposure to variousproduction and packaging equipment. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 1. Manualdexterity to assemble kits and dispense product. 2. Ability tooccasionally move, lift and lower objects weighing up to 75 lbs. 3.Ability to move up to 300 lbs. on a dolly and 500 lbs. on a pallet jackoccasionally. 4. Ability to move in and out of freezers up to -20degrees C 5. Ability to stand for several hours at a time. 6. Ability tobend multiple times per day. 7. Ability to use hands for repetitivemotions throughout shift. 8. Visual acuity for quality inspections. 9.Ability to use computer and telephone equipment. Diversity is importantat Promega.
