The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Sourcing Analyst to support Governance and External Labor Operations as part of the Ally Supply Chain team. They will focus on driving transformative sourcing and category strategies for Allyu2019s external labor program. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration and partnership with Allyu2019s business units and enterprise functions to deliver forward-looking, proactive, and best in industry results in contingent labor strategies, practices and hiring activities.Member of the Ally Supply Chain team are responsible for delivering external third-party labor services to Ally lines of the business through an inhouse vendor management system (VMS) and will be accountable for managing events in the VMS as well as management and oversight of SOW Based Worker resources and suppliers. The Senior Sourcing Analyst will support each Ally business line and corporate function to meet the requirements of the hiring managers and comply with corporate identity management standards. They will be responsible for working with suppliers to ensure worker profiles are entered in the vendor management system in a timely and accurate manner.This role reports to the Ally Supply Chain Manager - Strategy, Governance, and Operations Office and will participate in driving industry-leading and progressive sourcing, supplier and category strategies for all third-party labor categories in direct support of Allyu2019s businesses. The Work Itself Responsible for working with Ally businesses and functions to onboard external labor workers in Allyu2019s vendor management system (VMS) and manage worker life cycle activities in the VMS. Support the initiation, negotiation and management of supplier contracts and risk assessments, contract amendments, renewals, and terminations. Supports ongoing administration (e.g., moves, adds and changes) of all external resources, suppliers, and program improvement opportunities. Ensure complete, accurate and proactive management of all contract inventories, P2P system/project updates, data quality metrics, service levels, supplier risk assessments, and sourcing events as applicable for external third party labor. Oversee all external labor activities including data validations activities. Troubleshoot and resolve customer or supplier cases from Allyu2019s ticketing system. Responsible for all reporting and preparing executive level presentations to convey key aspects of external labor and to present improvement ideas to leadership and business line executive sponsors. Identify and collaborate with a variety of internal colleagues and workgroups critical to executing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, managing third party relationships and onboarding/offboarding supplier partners - e.g., Ally Legal group, Information Security, Third Party Risk Management, HR, Data Privacy, Compliance, Financial Planning and Analysis, CFOs, Supply Chain Shared Services, other Sourcing Managers, Leaders and team members, etc. Participate in highly effective fact-based recruiting practices, sourcing processes, and negotiation strategies to maximize business value and risk mitigation. Work with business partners to maximize compliance and optimize spend against established and preferred engagement procedures, buying channels, supplier contracts and related programs. Support the end-to-end management of critical supplier relationships including constructive handling or resolution of issues and disputes, risk management, contract inventory management, performance and scorecard management, negotiation strategies, etc. Support and enable all required supplier risk management activities within the Lines of Business. Identify and implement consistent and continuous process, policy, and performance improvement programs across all areas of responsibility. The Skills You Bring Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience High school Diploma or GED equivalentPreferred Qualifications Highly preferred: 3+ years of strategic sourcing, negotiation, and other relevant procurement management experience. Highly preferred: Deep understanding of key business labor strategies, including objectives and challenges. Experience with financial services category management and sourcing expertise to devise and execute supply chain strategies that support and advance the business strategies is a huge plus. Highly preferred: experience with professional services or contingent labor programs and spend for information technology or managed services providers in a business environment, with particular emphasis on sourcing technology, application development and maintenance, finance, accounting, clerical, administration, and project management skills. Highly preferred: Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, or related for financial analysis and/or reporting. Bachelor Degree, a plus. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), Vendor Management Systems, Salesforce, or related. Experience with supplier selection and management, contract negotiations, conflict management, etc. Demonstrated ability to lead a work effort to negotiate price, rates, details, contract terms and conditions. Analytical ability to develop and execute strategic and tactical plans. Must possess good individual communication skills, ability to multi task, and work independently with a strategic mindset.
