More than 100employees support our agency's mission to improve the health andquality of life of the community by providing culturally competentservices that address identified needs. We provide high quality,comprehensive care to roughly 16,000 patients annually, a majority ofwho are low-income. No one is ever turned away from our clinics based oninsurance status or ability to pay. We value a patient-centeredphilosophy and provide range of services that include family medicine,internal medicine, women's health, urgent care, dental, radiology andintegrated behavioral health. We also offer supportive services such ascase management, health education and benefits enrollment. Summary Underthe general supervision of the Director of Decision Support & Analyticsthe Clinical Informatics Analysts (Epic and Project Coordination) serveas the bridge between clinical operations and technology. These analystsmap and improve endtoend patient workflows (registration eligibilityrooming charting checkout billing/denials), coordinate Epic/OCHINprojects, and enable frontline adoption through configuration, testing,training, and ongoing support. The role combines clinical operationsinsight with Epic application analysis to deliver safer care, betterdata, and smoother user experiences. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Elicit anddocument endtoend workflows (registration eligibility/RTE roomingclinical documentation checkout billing/denials). Build process maps(Visio/Lucidchart), SOPs, and RACI; identify policy impacts (consent,downtime, rolebased access). Define best practices for Epic usage anddiscrete data capture to support UDS, care gaps, and revenue integrity.Partner with QI to ensure workflows align with clinical standards andoperational goals. Maintain project timelines, milestones, dependencies,and risks; drive crossfunctional delivery. Facilitate statuscommunications; ensure stakeholders understand roles/responsibilities.Maintain meeting notes, decision trackers, issue/risk logs, and tasklists; escalate blockers early. Develop tailored training curricula(plans, materials) for OCHIN Epic; keep materials current to workflows.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Education, HealthInformation Management, Healthcare Administration/Operations, Business,Communications, or related field; OR 3-5 years of related experience. 2+years in a clinical or clinicaloperations environment (FQHC/CHCpreferred).
