Senior Content Strategist

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior ContentStrategist for a contract position with a major financial servicescompany in Milwaukee, WI. This is a 9+ month contract opportunity. Payrange: $47.52 - $49.50 per hour, W2, depending on skill and experiencelevel. This role supports the Thought Leadership and Content Marketingteam, assisting with the execution of content strategies to position theclient as a leading voice in the financial industry. The ideal candidatehas a genuine interest in personal finance and economic trends and willbe responsible for content production, performance reporting, andworkflow management. Responsibilities: Assist with implementing contentstrategy for the creation, delivery, and governance of content such asarticles, videos, webinars, and podcasts Execute detailed quarterly andweekly reports to track the performance and impact of thought leadershipand content marketing initiatives Identify and help implementmeasurement best practices to enhance the effectiveness and reach ofcontent efforts Leverage data and research to evaluate content's impactand succinctly present and rationalize work to stakeholders Write clear,consistent copy focused on consumer and client experiences Manage theinternal review process, including routing content through subjectmatter experts (SMEs), compliance, and other business partners usingWorkfront and Jira Adhere strictly to brand voice, tone, and stylerequirements in all written materials Requirements: Minimum of 5-7 yearsof previous experience in content strategy, creation, PR,communications, or a similar role Experience in a highly regulatedindustry (Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance) is a significantplus AP Style writer with strong writing and editing skills and commandof the English language (grammar, spelling, and vocabulary) Ademonstrated interest in personal finance, financial planning, oreconomic trends Familiar with data-driven approaches that considerbusiness metrics, site assessment, competitive analysis, and researchAbility to juggle multiple projects and adapt to ever-changingpriorities A proactive collaborator who seeks clarity, works to buildconsensus, and can work independently to execute tasks Desired skills:Direct experience or familiarity with Workfront and Jira for projectmanagement Comfortable working within a CMS (Drupal, WordPress, HubSpot,or similar) Knowledge of basic SEO and analytics tracking (e.g., AdobeAnalytics) Only candidates available and ready to work directly asGenesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
