And if that's you we wouldlove to have you join us Job DescriptionPosition Overview: As theIndustry Manager for Hybrid Manufacturing (F&B/CPG), you will lead theexecution of the strategy for this vertical within Rockwell's ElasticMES Industry Strategy team. You will be both strategist and executionleader, defining the market vision, aligning stakeholders across sales,solutions, product, marketing, and global regions, and ensuringgo-to-market execution that drives growth, differentiation, and customersuccess. You will need to have experience in Manufacturing ExecutionSystems and be comfortable engaging with all types and levels ofstakeholders. You will report to the Head of Industry Strategy andGrowth. Your Responsibilities: You will own the target ARR Growth andreturn on investment for industry growth investments. Develop theindustry strategy for the process manufacturing industry Translatestrategy into actionable plans across regions, covering target accounts,solution positioning, partner ecosystem development, and valueproposition alignment. Be the industry domain expert, with deepunderstanding of hybrid manufacturing business drivers and stay ahead ofnew market trends. Engage with senior executives across target customersto influence transformation programs and strengthen Rockwell's positionas a trusted partner. Partner with sales leadership, solutionarchitects, product management, marketing, and system integrators toensure cohesive execution of the industry strategy. Enable the fieldwith industry-specific content, tools, sales enablement materials,expertise, and success stories to promote Rockwell's position in hybridmanufacturing. Measure performance using industry specific metricsincluding market share, pipeline, win rate, and profitability, andadjust plans accordingly.
