Associate Attorney

Description We are looking for a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team in Tucson, Arizona. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in estate planning, elder law, and probate matters while demonstrating strong skills in litigation and financial services. This role offers a chance to work collaboratively on complex cases and provide meaningful legal solutions to clients. Responsibilities: u2022 Handle estate planning cases, including drafting wills, trusts, and other legal documents. u2022 Provide legal counsel on elder law matters, ensuring the protection of clients' rights and interests. u2022 Manage probate cases, including filing necessary motions and overseeing the distribution of assets. u2022 Conduct civil litigation, representing clients in court and advocating for their best interests. u2022 Draft and review legal motions, briefs, and discovery documents with attention to detail. u2022 Collaborate with financial advisors to ensure comprehensive estate and financial planning solutions. u2022 Research legal precedents and prepare case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes. u2022 Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and provide tailored legal advice. u2022 Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to estate planning and elder law. u2022 Maintain accurate and organized records of all casework and client communications. Requirements u2022 Must be a licensed attorney in the state of Arizona. u2022 A minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, elder law, or related fields. u2022 Proven expertise in civil litigation, including courtroom representation. u2022 Strong ability to draft motions, briefs, and discovery documents. u2022 Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to develop case strategies. u2022 Effective communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration. u2022 Knowledge of financial services and their integration into estate planning. u2022 Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
