The ideal candidate will have a strong background within the M365 solution, a strategic mindset and be able to identify operational efficiencies and maintain the highest level of security for the anizational Duties and Responsibilities:Supports the mission, vision and philosophy of the bank. Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures.Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agenciesEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist with managing user and device accounts, including AD synchronization, license assignment, and permissions within Microsoft 365 servicesSupport endpoint management activities using Intune, including application deployment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and updatesAssist with implementing and monitoring security controls and access policies, and support Information Security with audits, reviews, and remediation effortsSupport administration of Exchange Online, including mailbox setup, distribution groups, and troubleshooting basic email-related issuesAssist with managing SharePoint sites and document libraries, including permissions and basic workflowsSupport Microsoft Teams administration, including channels, settings, and policies.Assist with OneDrive administration, including storage quotas, file sharing policies, and sync troubleshootingHelp configure and maintain Microsoft 365 application settings under the guidance of senior administratorsWork closely with the Systems Administration team to help ensure data is backed up and recoverableSupport compliance with audit and regulatory requirements by following established policies and proceduresReview reports and dashboards to help identify potential issues and escalate concerns as appropriateProvide Tier 2 support for Microsoft 365-related issues and assist with troubleshooting user-reported problemsCommunicate effectively with users and IT team members, documenting issues and resolutions clearlyParticipate in after-hours or weekend work when required to support maintenance or deploymentsPerform other related duties as assignedAttend meetings as neededu00a0Working Conditions: Works in office.u00a0 Minimal travel to bank locations required.Minimum Job Requirements:Education: High School Diploma or GED, bacheloru2019s degree preferredExperience: 2-3 years of relevant IT experience supporting Microsoft 365 services and on‑premises Active Directory environments, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Specific Skills:u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0MultitaskingOrganized.
