This role ensures program compliance with Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), Employment Security (ESD) and Workforce Education guidelines. The Associate Director supervises administrative support staff, manages student service operations, and supports cross-functional coordination to facilitate equitable student access to educational and financial resources. This position utilizes specialized expertise in state and federal program regulations, acts as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, and engages in continuous process improvement in support service delivery.u00a0Pay, Benefits & Work Scheduleu00a0Position Salary Range: $78,777/year - $114,227/yearu00a0The salary information shown above is a general guideline only. The salary will be determined based on candidate's qualifications and related experience, as well as market and business considerations. Typically, new hires start no higher than $87,639 per year based on Bellevue College Exempt salary schedule.u00a0We offer comprehensive compensation package with salary and benefits as the main components.
