Civil Engineer Project Manager - Natural Gas

We're serious about our work -- but we're serious about fun, tooIf that sounds good to you, let's talk.u00a0Keys to Success:- Plan, provide design guidance, and manage a variety of natural gas distribution and high-pressure pipeline upgrade projects/natural gas infrastructure projects.u00a0- Manage permitting process with local, state, and federal agencies.u00a0- Conduct site inspections, manage construction schedules, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (geotechnical, environmental)- Environmental and regulatory compliance- u00a0Communicate with clients about current projects, identify and position the firm to win future work, and ensure the firm's success.- Effectively supervise technical staff to deliver projects.- Prepare and manage project scope, budget, schedule, and meet deliverables.- Assist with business development efforts to cultivate strong client relationships.u00a0Qualifications:- Registered PE in the states of Washington and/or Oregon- 5+ years of experience with the design and construction of natural gas infrastructure projects.- Strong understanding of gas pipeline and storage systems, infrastructure projects, and regulatory requirements- Experience with permitting processes and regulatory compliance, particularly in the gas industry- Knowledge of federal testing and safety regulations, state-specific guidelines, and requirements.- Knowledge ofu00a0 gas compressor stations, gas storage facilities, and associated infrastructure- Experience mentoring civil project engineers and EITsu00a0u00a0- Previous experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred- Experience in specification writing and engineering cost estimate preparationu00a0- Business development experience and/or interest in helping to drive client relationships and new work with existing and new clientsWhy join the MacKay Sposito team?- A people-first culture - We are dedicated to our employees and their families.
