Job Summary The Operations Supervisorprovides critical support to field operations across local operatingareas within Wisconsin. This role is responsible for drivingstandardization, ensuring compliance with operational processes, andimplementing improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control. Actingas a backup to area supervisors, this position also provides analyticalsupport, risk mitigation, and contributes to leadership developmentacross the team. The ideal candidate will have strong field knowledge,budgeting expertise, and the ability to collaborate across departmentsto drive performance and accountability. Conduct daily reviews of employee timesheetsto ensure proper accounting and labor charging. Perform safetyobservations and promote a culture of safety and compliance.
