Principal Advanced Analytics Engineer

Description We are looking for an experienced Principal Advanced Analytics Engineer to join our team in Reston, Virginia. In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders and technical experts to design and implement cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions that drive impactful insights and decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to lead advanced analytics initiatives, establish engineering standards, and mentor team members while staying at the forefront of emerging technologies. Responsibilities: u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement AI/ML solutions tailored to business objectives. u2022 Develop and enforce engineering standards, design patterns, and quality controls for analytics projects. u2022 Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models, incorporating automated testing, monitoring, and retraining processes. u2022 Integrate Responsible AI practices to ensure fairness, bias detection, explainability, and compliance with regulations. u2022 Create and maintain enterprise data models, including dimensional and star schemas, to support analytics and business intelligence. u2022 Work closely with analytics teams to deliver scalable and efficient data solutions. u2022 Implement robust data security measures, access controls, and lineage tracking in line with corporate policies and privacy laws. u2022 Stay updated on advancements in AI, ML, and BI technologies, bringing innovative solutions to the team. u2022 Provide mentorship to Data Analytics Engineers, fostering attention to detail and promoting best practices. Requirements u2022 Extensive experience in AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics. u2022 Proficiency in building and managing CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models. u2022 Strong knowledge of Responsible AI principles, including fairness, bias detection, and regulatory compliance. u2022 Expertise in designing enterprise data models and schemas for analytics purposes. u2022 Familiarity with data security protocols, privacy regulations, and access control measures. u2022 Ability to stay informed about emerging technologies and apply relevant innovations. u2022 Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring technical teams. u2022 Solid understanding of tools and platforms such as Azure ML, Fabric, and enterprise resource planning systems.
