Job Title: OSINT Analyst u2013 C5 Job Category: Intelligence Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local The Opportunity: CACI is seeking an OSINT Analyst u2013 C5 to conduct research in the support of the production of various products in coordination with project and program leadership. You will research and exploit key data sources to assess technical capabilities of C5 systems. You will leverage and apply knowledge of networks and mobile communications to assist in developing assessments of intentions and capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities of military systems and technologies. Responsibilities: u2022 Utilize OSINT techniques to assist with the integration and analysis of technical information on C5 systems. u2022 Determine technical omissions, discrepancies, and reliability of all-source material by applying known technical constraints on equipment operation or technology application, and extrapolating from established data on foreign equipment characteristics, foreign research and development (R&D) and production capabilities. u2022 Assist in conducting analysis of current system capabilities, limitations, and/or vulnerabilities resulting in the production of comprehensive all-source assessments and engineering analysis reports of assessed technical capabilities. Qualifications: + Journeyman level,BA/BS degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience in the DOD or intelligence community. + Senior level, MA/MS degree in a related field and10 years of relevant experience in the DOD or intelligence community. + Active in scope DoD TS/SCI security clearance. + Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining focus on research objectives defined by the client. - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
