What This Role Is About Repair Technicians are responsible for delivering accurate, efficient, high-quality service that supports an outstanding customer experience. You will: + Perform phone and tablet repairs using structured repair procedures + Execute automotive key cutting and programming services + Complete battery testing and installation (automotive and specialty) + Diagnose issues carefully and document completed work + Maintain organized, clean, and professional work areas + Follow safety standards and repair guidelines consistently This role requires attention to detail, accountability, and pride in doing the job correctly the first time.
