Reporting to the Director, Continuous Improvement u2013 Industrial Engineering (FI), you will be a key member of the Manufacturing Excellence u2013 Industrial Engineering team. You will partner with manufacturing sites and subject matter experts to eliminate loss, strengthen processes, and drive cost savings across the business. A Taste of Your Responsibilities + Develop strategies to reduce cost and enhance efficiency across manufacturing sites. + Assess processes, systems, and equipment to identify and eliminate loss. + Prepare financial justifications for optimization and capital projects. + Engage manufacturing site teams and collaborate across Manufacturing Excellence functions. + Coach site leaders in using continuous improvement tools and processes. + Lead multiple projects that deliver scalable value. + Communicate effectively with senior leadership and crossu2011functional partners. + Analyze data to identify and communicate lossu2011reduction opportunities. + Travel more than 50% to manufacturing plants. Ingredients Required for Your Success + Bacheloru2019s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar engineering field. + 7+ years of Industrial Engineering experience. + 4+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or supply chain. + Experience applying Total Productive Maintenanceu2013based continuous improvement. + History of successful program development and delivery. + Skilled in coaching leaders at all levels on continuous improvement tools. + Proven success leading crossu2011functional resources in a matrix environment. + Strong presentation and communication skills with senior leaders. + Solid financial knowledge for developing project justifications. + Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Unified Problem Solving, and Work Process Improvement. + Experience with Value Stream Mapping, line balancing, SPC, and Design of Experiments. + Plant experience leading continuous improvement across a manufacturing facility. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SQL, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI. This role will be required to travel to multiple sites across the Conagra network. An employeeu2019s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employeesu2019 equity.
