This job offers fastu2011paced work, long hours, and an opportunity to work across multiple finishing trades. We provide a rapid interview process to get you started quickly Youu2019ll complete drywall finishing (Levels 1u20135), apply textures, install ACT ceiling systems, perform patching and repairs, and work closely with other trades on a large commercial site. Responsibilities: u2022Tape, mud, finish, sand, and prep drywall (Levels 1u20135) u2022Apply joint compound, corner bead, textures, and finishing accessories u2022Perform patching, repairs, and touchu2011ups u2022Lay out and install ACT ceiling grid systems and acoustic/specialty tiles u2022Cut and fit around lights, vents, sprinklers, and other penetrations u2022Use lasers and layout tools for accurate installations u2022Maintain tools, keep work areas clean, and follow all safety standards Essential Skills: u20223+ years of commercial metal stud framing u20223+ years of commercial drywall finishing u20223+ years of ACT ceiling grid installation u2022Ability to work with taping tools, automatic tools, and finishing equipment Additional Skills & Qualifications: u2022Must be able to pass OneSource Level 2+ D&B u2022Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision Why Work Here? u2022Mondayu2013Saturday schedule (50u201355 hours/week) u2022Steady, long-term commercial project Positions with this company are filling fast, expect a text or phone call from Andrew upon applying Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.
