Job Description We are seeking an experienced Lumber Cost Estimator / Quoter with a strong background in exterior lumber and infrastructureu2011focused materials. This role will be responsible for producing accurate, competitive lumber estimates and quotes, supporting projects that lean more toward exterior and structural applications while still aligning closely with residential construction needs. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates coming from a home improvement, residential, or building materials background who are looking to deepen their experience in exterior lumber and infrastructureu2011related estimating. Pay rate for this role is determined by the hiring manager during the interview process within the range of 30-35/hr. This role requires you to be located in Vancouver, WA and willing to go into the office 5 days a week. Competent in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
