Job Description The Intake Processor supports a division of a retail company that is responsible for providing building materials quotes for residential and commercial builds and renovation. This Intake Processor with be receiving customer quote requests via email, capturing required project details, and uploading/organizing blueprints and supporting documents into internal systems for the estimating/quote team. This is a high-volume, repetitive, process-driven role focused on accuracy, organization, and timely routing of requests so estimators can produce material estimates and customer pricing for new home builds and remodeling projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a structured workflow, and able to manage multiple requests at once. Experience in construction, home renovation, building materials, or lumber is a plus, but not required. This is not a remote position and will require you to go into the office 5 days a week in Vancouver, WA. Pay rate: 18-25/hr. Experience with shared mailboxes, ticketing/queue tools, or CRM systems. u2022 Comfortable working in a repetitive, high-volume environment with a focus on accuracy and consistency. u2022 Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple requests and prioritize by urgency and deadlines. u2022 Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive preferred). u2022 Ability to learn internal systems quickly (CRM/ERP/quote platform). u2022 Clear written communication and professional email etiquette. u2022 Reliable attendance and ability to work within established schedules.
