Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Durham, North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of providing excellent service in a call center setting. You will play a key role in handling a high volume of inbound calls and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: u2022 Respond promptly to inbound calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. u2022 Provide accurate information and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience. u2022 Manage data entry tasks related to customer interactions and maintain detailed records. u2022 Handle email correspondence to address customer concerns and follow up as needed. u2022 Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant departments to meet customer needs. u2022 Process orders and ensure timely and accurate entry into the system. u2022 Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to organize and analyze data. u2022 Maintain a high level of productivity while adhering to established procedures and guidelines. u2022 Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service quality. u2022 Demonstrate adaptability in managing both inbound and outbound calls as required. Requirements u2022 Minimum of one year of experience working in a call center environment. u2022 Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. u2022 Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping. u2022 Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for managing and analyzing information. u2022 Ability to handle high volumes of inbound calls while maintaining attention to detail. u2022 Experience with email correspondence and order entry processes. u2022 Proven ability to schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently. u2022 Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
