The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Supervisor to join our team at 46 Below Cafe at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service. What will you do? + Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training + Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations + Manage labor and profit loss + Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift + Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary + Assists the management team with scheduling the team members for the cafe + Enforces and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures More about you + Must be at least 18 years old + High school diploma or GEDrequired; associate's degree in foodand beverage or related field preferred + Minimum of 2years of experience in a front-of-house restaurant or foodservice position required + Experience processing card payments using computerized point-of-sale system required + Ability to obtain a Village of Ashwaubenon alcohol operator's license within 60 days of hire date + Possess basic knowledge of bar operations and basic math skills Physical requirements + Ability to remain on feet for entire length of shift, constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions + Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners + Ability to lift, balance and move large food trays, weighing up to 50 lbs. + Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare bills + Majority of time spent alternating between indoor, climate-controlled environment of cafu00e9and outside environments, depending on the season Shift details Days Evenings Weekends Events OT as needed Who we are Delaware North has operated concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown since 2012.
