This role will support our compliance programs across the U.S. and Canada, with a strong focus on I-9 governance and employment authorization compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and motivated to help ensure our HR operations meet all regulatory requirements and internal standards. + Support the I-9 process end-to-end, including auditing, tracking, reverification, and compliance reporting. + Serve as the primary point of contact for I-9 compliance across the organization; monitor expiring work authorizations and partner with HRBPs and hiring teams to ensure timely action. + Maintain accurate documentation and partner with HRIS and Legal to ensure system compliance and secure record retention. + Support compliance reporting and submissions (e.g., EEO-1, VETS, OFCCP, and other statutory filings). + Conduct internal compliance audits across HR processes (e.g., onboarding, policy acknowledgments, training completions). + Assist in developing and maintaining HR compliance documentation, procedures, and internal controls. + Track and research federal, state, provincial, and local labor law changes; support implementation of new requirements. + Support periodic updates to employee policies, and required workplace postings. + Partner with Legal and HR teams to support compliance training and communication initiatives. + Contribute to special projects and compliance initiatives as assigned by the HR Compliance Qualifications + Bacheloru2019s degree in Human Resources, Business, Compliance, or related field (or equivalent experience). + 2u20134 years of experience in HR compliance, HR operations, or a related HR functional area. + Strong knowledge of U.S. employment verification and I-9 regulations; E-Verify experience preferred. + Familiarity with HR compliance reporting (EEO-1, VETS-4212, etc.) a plus. + Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP, UKG, or similar). + Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and organizational skills. + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across HR, Legal, and Operations teams.
