Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.Responsibilities Ascension Illinois is looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Advanced Practice Provider, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Family Medicine Department.This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension Illinois to provide medical services to patients.Position Highlights:100% outpatientFull-spectrum Family MedicinePatient friendly hours, 1 Saturday per month and 1 evening per weekSee kids-adultsVery busy Family Medicine PracticeNice mix of patients and casesMA supportExcellent office support staff for other clinical tasksGreat Northwest Suburban locationResponsibilities:Provide direct diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive health care services under the supervision of a physician.Obtain patient history and perform assessment. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office.Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Education:Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program.
