Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.Responsibilities Drive critical interventions by providing expert, direct clinical care during acute patient deteriorations, utilizing advanced protocols and clinical judgment to stabilize patients in real-time.Rapidly implement and adapt care plans based on immediate physiological shifts, ensuring interventions are both aggressive and effective while providing early warning communication and meticulous documentation to the medical team.Serve as the central clinical coordinator between physicians, ICU, and ancillary staff to lead bedside teams and streamline life-saving care across the facility.Expertly execute complex orders and facilitate the strategic, seamless transfer of patients to higher levels of care or optimize stability for continued floor care.This role offers the high-level autonomy required to be the bridge between a near-miss and a successful recovery in a fast-paced environment.Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date required.Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Education:Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time ofhire.
