InizioEngage has partnered with IntegraLifeSciences, a leading Medical Device company.The Post-Acute Sales Specialist will bea responsiblefor Integra’s Advanced Wound Care Total Contact Cast Products; TCC-EZ andMedE-Kast Solutions. Primary responsibility will be prospecting, lead qualification, relationship building/support, and product in-servicing/education to develop account awareness and demand of TCC-EZ/MedE-Kast Solutions.The Sales Specialists will have assigned monthly/quarterly/yearly quotas toachieve withdefined growth targets. They will provide case coverage and develop accounts by building relationships,demonstratingextensive product knowledge, and providing exceptional customer service. Sales Specialist’s primary call points will beoutpatientwound care centers including podiatric doctors, medical doctors, registered nurses, clinic managers, and materials management.This is your opportunity to joinInizioEngage and represent a top biotechnology company!What’sin it for you?Competitive compensationExcellent Benefits -accruedtime off, medical, dental, vision, 401k, disability & life insurance, paid maternity andpaternity leavebenefits, employee discounts/promotionEmployee discounts & exclusive promotionsRecognition programs, contests, and company-wide awardsExceptional, collaborative cultureBest Places to Work in BioPharma (2022, 2023, & 2024)Certified Great Place to Work (2022, 2023, 2025)What will you be doing?Target and develop new account opportunities while supporting and growing existing business withinterritory.Provide in-service programs to targeted accounts, which will include case coverage inthe woundcare centers.Provide continued education tocustomerto continue to support and/or grow TCC-EZ/MedE-Kast usage.Establish relationships with Program Director, MedicalDoctorsand key clinical staff members at wound care centers.Provide a consultative rolein accordance withspecific product indications.Utilize Salesforce to enter and track opportunities and activities.Develop a formal business plan at the beginning of each fiscal year to be followed bysubsequentmonthly and quarterly territory reports aimed at exceeding territory sales goals.Identifyproduct improvement opportunities for sales, marketing, and product development teams.Maintain highlevelof technical, Integra/competitive product, and disease state knowledge.Submit weekly and monthly reports as defined by sales management.Operate within defined budgets and strictly within accordance withpolicies and proceduresStrictly adhere to the policies and procedures within theAdvamedCode of Conduct and the Sunshine Act.Execute sales strategies in compliance with Federal Healthcare Program requirements, FDA’s promotional regulations, and Client policy.Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following the guidelinesset forth inthe Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).Perform sales administrative dutiesin a timely mannerand as defined by managementWhat do you need for this position?Bachelor’s DegreeHighly competitive with a strongtrack recordof success.Minimum of 2 years of successful field sales experience, preferred healthcare experience.Large Territory Management experience with the ability to manage time on large value accounts and opportunities.Coachable, lifelong learner whois accepting offeedback and history of reflecting on performance that led to further improvement and success.Confidence to communicate with physicians and other clinical personnel.Excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills.Physically capable of standing for long hours during cases.Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs.Mustpossessa valid driver’s license.Overnight travelrequired, up to 50%.Ability to meet credentialing requirements to physically enter customer establishments.AboutInizioEngage InizioEngage is a strategic, commercial, and creative engagement partner that specializes in healthcare.
