Complete Building Services, a building operations and facilities maintenance company, is currently seeking aChief Engineer in Washington. The Chief Engineer must be available to work different shifts to cover building hours 6 am-6 pm.Salary $45.00 per hour.Responsibilities include:Provide Quality Control services for the work of subordinates and subcontractors to ensure maximum efficiency, economy, and quality of work performedPerform diagnostic and repairs on building systemsPerform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety system repairsPrepare work schedulesMaintain records and prepare required reportsCoordinate and schedule maintenance and repair workExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPerform other duties as assignedThe Chief Engineershall possess the following minimum qualifications:Experience 7-10 years in similar size facility and complexityAble to pass a government background checkUniversal CFCDemonstrate an excellent working knowledge of engineering and building systemsLEED building experienceMust have EMS backgroundMD or DC license a plusAbility to plan, organize and meet deadlinesExcellent customer service/verbal/written communication skills EOE, including disability/veteransComplete Building Services (CBS) is deeply committed to the efficient operation and maintenance of commercial and government facilities.
