As a Supervisory Associate in the Discretionary Accounts Control Team, you drive solutions and partner with stakeholders to deliver impactful business initiatives. Your day-to-day efforts will include partnering with key stakeholders spanning onboarding, proposal, trade, billing, performance, risk, and compliance. You are highly organized, self-motivated, and a critical thinker and problem solver. You help us maintain a proactive risk and control culture while supporting product development and change management. Together, we create value for our clients and our organization. Job Responsibilities + Build and maintain product roadmaps with clear feature and functionality timelines. + Track releases and manage product governance, including product cabinet meetings. + Lead agile ceremonies-daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives-to drive continuous delivery. + Gather, document, and refine requirements as epics and user stories; facilitate solution-focused discussions. + Support engineering with timely clarifications and remove impediments to maintain momentum. + Prioritize and groom the product backlog based on business cases and stakeholder input. + Partner across product, proposal, trade, technology, risk, legal, compliance, and operations to manage resourcing, controls, readiness, and change while coordinating cross-functional delivery across lines of business. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills + Minimum one year of experience in product management experience in agile delivery environments + Minimum one year of experience in system integration experience + Demonstrated success leading the end-to-end product lifecycle and launching features + Customer-centric mindset with strong rapport-building skills with end users + Executive-ready communication and presentation skills across all levels + Analytical, solutions-oriented
