The global supply chain also encompasses cultured and wild species sourced from an international network of trusted suppliers.Summary: TheTax Manager will primarily be responsible for managing the company's various tax compliance needs including income tax, indirect and excise tax and transfer pricing. They will also be involved in training less experienced team members and supporting the Sr. Director with various tax planning, optimization and risk mitigation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong intellectual curiosity and drive to learn new skills.Essential Functions:Managing Income tax compliance including internal preparation of book to tax adjustments, i.e. preparation of complex adjustments, review of moderately complex and simple adjustments, coordination with non-US heads of finance and coordination with external tax partner.Managing Transfer Pricing Compliance including coordination with external transfer pricing partner.Supporting Sr. Director of Tax with quarterly tax planning.Provides support to internal tax team and other internal departments for indirect/excise tax related matters.Responsible for managing external audits and tax notices.Supporting Sr Director of Tax and other internal stakeholders with various ad hoc research and optimization/risk management projects.Leada teamand ensure direct reports have the tools,resourcesand knowledge to execute keycompany tax requirements.Regularly worksonsite to buildstrong teamconnections, collaborate across functions, and solve problems in real time.The essential functions listed above are not exhaustive.
