Physical Therapist - Pain Services

DescriptionThe Physical Therapist (PT) is an important member of our interdisciplinary team, providing direct clinical services within Swedish Pain Services (SPS). This includes working in both our outpatient Functional Restoration Center and our hospital-based Pain Management Suite.The SPS Functional Restoration Center offers comprehensive outpatient pain management through an interdisciplinary approach. Our services include behavioral health, physical and occupational therapy, and structured Functional Restoration Programs (SFRP).These structured programs include:Individual and group physical and occupational therapyBehavioral health support (cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness training)Relaxation trainingAerobic exerciseNursing educationOn-site pain medicine provided by our therapy teamProgram sessions run 4-5 hours per day, 3 days per week, for 4 weeks, with opportunities for additional followup and longterm care.Providence Swedish caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable.
