Job Description

Conduct research on the genetic mechanisms underlying Prune Belly Syndrome (PBS) and posterior cloaca malformations. Establish and maintain a patient-derived iPSC biobank, including reprogramming, maintenance, and characterization of iPSCs using immunofluorescence, flow cytometry, RT-PCR, and Western blot to assess pluripotency. PBMC and urine sample processing from patients and families for downstream analysis and biobanking. Perform molecular cloning and site-directed mutagenesis for plasmid generation. Responsible for general lab maintenance, including inventory management and ordering supplies.Minimum requirements:u00a0Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology or Microbiology, plus 1 year of professional experience, including 1 year of experience in molecular biology techniques (RNA, DNA, and protein extraction, cDNA synthesis, and RT-PCR), immunofluorescence (mouse tissues, imaging, cryosectioning, and mouse handling), ELISA, and cell culture techniques.Send resume to
