In addition to any contractual obligations owed by thephysician to the organization, as well as any requirements establishedby employer's policies and/or procedures, the physician's duties andresponsibilities include, but are not limited to the following jobduties.- Conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations and physical examinations.- Diagnose and manage conditions such as epilepsy, stroke, Parkinsons disease, multiple sclerosis, migraines, and neuropathies.- Order and interpret diagnostic tests including EEG, EMG, MRI, CT scans, and lab work.- Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications or therapies.- Provide follow-up care and monitor patient progress.- Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialists to ensure coordinated care.- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education.
