The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, training, and internal equity.- Pay Range is the entire compensation range for the position.The first review of applications will be on 03/13/2026.The Pima County Justice Services Department has multiple openings forour Justice Navigator position which provides referral and supportservices to individuals released from law enforcement or jail custody.Responsibilities involve individual engagement and referrals tocommunity-based services (i.e., housing, mental and substance treatment,and other supportive services). Additionally, this position providesencouragement and support to individuals following best practices.Essential Functions:As defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, thisclassification may include any of the following tasks, knowledge,skills, and other characteristics. This list is ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY and isnot a comprehensive listing of all functions and tasks performed byincumbents of this class. Work assignments may vary depending on thedepartments need and will be communicated to the applicant or incumbentby the supervisor.- Engages with individuals exiting police or jail custody, and refers to treatment, housing, and other community resources;- Develops partnerships with other agencies, collaboratives, associations and community organizations;- Provides encouragement, support and resources to individuals with justice system involvement utilizing best-practices and evidence-based programming;- Maintains accurate and reliable data for program evaluation.Minimum Qualifications:Associates degree from an accredited college or university with amajor in psychology, criminal justice, or a field closely related fieldas determined by the department head at the time of recruitmentOR:Three years of experience directly related to the nature of thecriminal justice system, mental health system or public housing.(Relevant experience and/or education from an accredited college oruniversity may be substituted.)Qualifying education and experience must be clearly documented in the
