If you're ready to contribute to the future of aviation, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: u00b7 Structural Assembly : Perform assembly and fitting of detailed parts, using blueprints, specifications, and operational requirements to ensure conformance and quality standards. u00b7 Riveting and Drilling : Safely rivet structural parts and assemblies with a variety of tools, ensuring high precision and defect-free assemblies. u00b7 Sheetmetal Fabrication : Layout, fabricate, and install sheetmetal parts and components with attention to accuracy. u00b7 Technical Mastery : Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and engineering drawings to guide structural tasks, making sure to follow standard operating procedures for adhesives, sealants, and solvents. u00b7 Collaboration & Training : Assist and instruct team members, providing guidance on interpreting blueprints and resolving installation challenges. u00b7 Problem Solving : Address and resolve discrepancies in materials or installation processes, ensuring all work is completed to specification and customer expectations. Required Qualifications: u00b7 High School Diploma or GED. u00b7 4+ years of structural assembly experience, specifically in aerospace or a similar field. u00b7 Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. u00b7 Strong knowledge of rivet fastening, drilling, and structural assembly tools. u00b7 Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering documentation. u00b7 Solid understanding of close-tolerance work and hands-on craftsmanship. u00b7 Ability to work in confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs. u00b7 Must be flexible to work any shift. u00b7 Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language. Preferred Qualifications: u00b7 Experience working with Solumina and Smarteam. u00b7 Prior Aerospace industry experience. u00b7 Q-stamp certification. u00b7 Familiarity with composite resins and materials. u00b7 Basic computer skills and shop math proficiency.
