You will play a crucial role via the following:_ + Designs, implements, governs, and maintains the overall architectural framework for ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals and industry best practices (ITIL, CSDM) + Oversee the deployment, administration, and maintenance of ServiceNow instances, ensuring configuration consistency across development, QA, and production environments, and managing upgrades and performance optimization + Act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert (SME), providing technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, conducting code reviews, and enforcing architectural standards and governance processes + Create estimations on effort required to produce ServiceNow functionality + Serve as the technical owner and subject matter expert for our Azure cloud environment. The likely salary range for this position is $187,179 - $253,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
