Welder

TRC’s client is seeking a Welder to fit, join, and repair metal components using TIG welding in accordance with product specifications and production schedules. Position Details Temp-to-HireShift: 3rd |10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Monday-Friday)Onsite: Caddo Mills, TX Key Responsibilities Perform TIG welding on steel components per engineering drawings, work orders, and verbal instructions.Assist with welding of multi-component spect welds and make necessary corrections to meet quality standards.Operate forklifts, hoists, grinders, cutting torches, and other hand and power tools.Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and shop municate with management regarding assignments, quality, and production issues.Cross-train and assist with additional tasks as needed.Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform basic preventive maintenance. Qualifications & requirements Strong multitasking and time-management skills.Ability to read a tape measure, calipers, and blueprints.Forklift operation experience.Basic shop math skills, including fraction-to-decimal conversion.Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and safety awareness.Work Environment & Physical RequirementsAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials.Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, and standing.Work in a non-climate-controlled, fast-paced industrial environment.Required use of PPE, including vision and hearing protection.
